  Adrian is a SharePoint Expert with over 14 years enterprise software development experience backed up by excellent business awareness, interpersonal skills, academic qualifications and Microsoft Certifications.

  He holds 11 different Microsoft qualifications, including four SharePoint certifications. His educational achievements include postgraduate qualifications in Software engineering, management and environmental sciences.

  When not working, Adrian splits his time between his family, being “dad”, cycling, keeping fit, indulging his passion for Rugby League, drinking real ale and taking in the occasional fishing trip.

  Adrian relocated to Brisbane Australia in January 2010 where he is thoroughly enjoying the Australian lifestyle whilst leading and developing the Australian business.

  Adrian's latest project is authoring the SharePoint 2010 Power User Cookbook for Packt Publishing - due to be released late 2011

  Peter is our SharePoint Administrator and CRM Dynamics Administrator and Developer. With over 35 years IT experience Peter brings a wealth of experience to Intelligent Decisioning.

  After many years developing business systems for small business in COBOL and Uniface, Peter embraced the CRM Dynamics technologies in 2004. Peter is very experienced in CRM development, customizations and implementation of Dynamics CRM. One of his main specialities is data conversion from legacy systems and ensuring data quality is one of his major strengths.

  In the last 18 months Peter has taken on the role of our SharePoint Administrator with vigour and enthusiasm. He also has experience with SQL Server.

  Alex is a SharePoint Consultant with over 4 years experience in the field.

  He holds 8 different Microsoft qualifications, 8 of these being SharePoint ones. Alex has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & IT.

  Alex is gadget mad and when he is not shopping for the latest tech he enjoys running and photography.

  Dion is currently studying a Master of IT majoring in Enterprise Systems at the Queensland University of Technology. He has previously completed a Bachelor of Business Management degree in 2009. Dion is working as a fulltime intern at the Intelligent Decisioning as a SharePoint Developer.
