Too many software projects fail to deliver value to the business. This is not because the technology is not capable but because the projects lack vision, focus and people fail to work effectively together.

At id it’s all about people; people, who are experts in the fields, are passionate about what they do, are empowered to get on with the job, who can communicate effectively, who understand the full software development lifecycle and who can come together in highly productive teams.

We understand that building great software is challenging. Assembling technical experts is just the first step. We apply agile development process and constantly focus on improving communications and removing the roadblocks that cause projects to fail.

To understand what we are, first understand what we are not:

  • We are not the irritating recruitment consultant, understanding neither the business problem or the technology that can solve it. Capable only of ringing at the most inconvenient time and deluging you with CV’s of inappropriate candidates
  • We are not the stuffy overpaid consultants who know how to "talk a good game" but don’t actually know how to build the solutions you need.
  • We are not the offshore outsourcing company who nod politely, understand nothing and deliver only the invoice. Cutting the day rate in half is no use when the estimated number of days on the project triples and the solution delivered is not what your business needs.
  • We are not a huge organization with large fixed costs, hungry shareholders to feed and loads of "dead wood" to carry.
